What kind of address do you need?
We cannot deliver to a postal box and therefore require a physical address with as much detail as possible.
How do you deliver?
We use The Courier Guy and PUDO to deliver our orders.
How much does delivery cost?
· Free Delivery on orders over R750.00
· PUDO – R55.00
· Economy to Physical Address in South Africa – R100.00
· Overnight to Physical Address in South Africa – R200.00
How long does delivery take?
· Econo Delivery takes between 2 – 5 working days.
· Combined ‘Bulk Shipment’ is dependent on the other orders.
Can I track my order?
We will provide you with the courier information and tracking number as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

What do I do if I receive goods that are damaged?
If your item is damaged or broken when you receive it please let us know and we will replace it.
